📋 User Service Agreement

I. Scope and Definitions

1.1 This Agreement is between you and Yichang Binyue Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "we") regarding your download, installation, and use of Bingyue Game Box software and related services.

1.2 "Bingyue Game Box" refers to the game resource aggregation platform developed and operated by Yichang Binyue Network Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to mobile applications (Android/iOS), PC clients, websites, and other forms.

1.3 "User" refers to any individual or organization that downloads, installs, registers, logs in, or uses the Software's services.

1.4 "Game Resources" refers to game download links, game information, game news, and other content provided through this platform.

II. Services Provided

2.1 We provide you with the following services:

2.2 We reserve the right to adjust, modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services at any time, but will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

III. Account Registration and Usage

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this platform;
• Engage in any behavior that may harm the rights and interests of other users.

4.2 If violations are discovered, we reserve the right to take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, or permanent account bans.

V. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) of this Software belong to Yichang Binyue Network Technology Co., Ltd.

5.2 The game icons, screenshots, descriptions, and other content displayed on the platform belong to their respective original developers, publishers, or rights holders — we only provide information display services.

5.3 Without written authorization, no person may copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of this Software.

VI. Disclaimer

6.1 All game download links provided on this platform direct to official channels or legally authorized channels of each game. We do not assume warranty responsibility for the quality or safety of third-party games themselves.

6.2 For service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures), we shall not bear liability for compensation, but will make every effort to restore services.

6.3 You shall bear all relevant costs incurred from using our services, such as network traffic fees.

VII. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate all or part of our services due to business adjustments.

IX. Agreement Modifications

9.1 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement based on changes in laws, regulations, or business needs.

9.2 The modified Agreement will be published on the platform. Your continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.

9.3 We recommend that you review this Agreement regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.

X. Miscellaneous

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of these Services, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10.3 Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right.
